Disclosure Of The Decision To Dissolve The Parliament Without Mentioning The Article Of The Constitution: With pictures
It has been revealed that the Council of Ministers has decided to recommend the dissolution of the House of Representatives without mentioning any article of the constitution. The cabinet meeting held on January 19 had recommended to the President to dissolve the House of Representatives. However, the decision does not specify which article of the constitution is recommended for dissolution of the House of Representatives. In accordance with the basic essence and values of the Constitution and Parliamentary system of Nepal and the practice of our own and various countries with parliamentary system, the present House of Representatives of the Federal Parliament has been dissolved and will go to the Nepali people for fresh mandate. The decision of the Council of Ministers states that it will make a recommendation to the Hon’ble President to fix the date of the next House of Representatives election on Monday.
