GOOD INITIATION: Lalitpur Metropolitan City has launched a mobile app called ‘LMC Alert’ for the residents to report complaints and city-related issues. ललितपुर महानगरपालिकाले नगरवासीको गुनासो तथा समस्या समाधानका लागि मोबाइल एप सुरु गरेको छ ।
People can quickly report issues to the city police through the ‘LMC Alert’ app for immediate action on 21 types of problems related to the metropolis.
One can use the mobile app to access various services related to Lalitpur Metropolitan City, such as ambulance, fire brigade, waste collection, corpse transportation, and more.
Additionally, you can inform the city police about issues like unauthorized parking, infrastructure damage, gender-based violence, educational institution problems, street lights, footpaths, accidents, black market activities, and flood emergencies. The app also shares the user’s location with the police when reporting.
