President Bidya Devi Bhandari has dissolved the House of Representatives on the recommendation of cabinet led by Prime Minister KP Oli. Nepal’s President Bhandari dissolved the parliament and announced that mid-term elections would be held on November 12 and 19 this year. The move has plunged the country into yet another political turmoil as it combats the coronavirus pandemic.
