Tribhuvan University: Please follow basic health protocols.
Amid rise in coronavirus cases across the country, Tribhuvan University; the largest and the oldest university of Nepal is not giving a damn about students health. The exams of TU, Bachelor second year has started and TU has allocated exam centres in such a way that 4-5 students are compelled to share a single bench, let alone maintaining minimum social distancing. For example, colleges with a capacity of holding a maximum of 500 students have been holding 1000 students, double the actual capacity. However, K&K college of New Baneshwor, Kathmandu has done a good job by taking initiation to shift half the number of students to another nearby college. K&K college has shifted half the number of students in Pentagon Colleg, Tinkune, Kathmandu.
A humble request to Tribhuvan University (TU), please take this matter seriously. One can’t risk their lives to obtain some marks in exams. TU being such a responsible body, these kinds of utter negligence is intolerable. Please consider managing exam centres.
