Controversy Arises as 9 of 22 Nepali MBBS Scholarship Recipients in Bangladesh Replaced Mysteriously
In a shocking turn of events, 9 Nepali students who were initially recommended for prestigious MBBS scholarships in Bangladesh by the Nepal government have mysteriously been replaced on the list. Out of the 22 students initially selected for the scholarship program, only 10 of the recommended MBBS students’ names appear, while the remaining 9 have been replaced by others not endorsed by the Nepal government.
These mysterious replacements have left the previously selected students traumatized and have thrown the fate of deserving students’ educational pursuits into uncertainty.
NOTE: The Bangladesh Embassy states that they only accept students recommended by the Nepal government. The current list doesn’t adhere to this rule, jeopardizing the academic futures of deserving students. All student NOCs and visa processes are on hold until a corrected list is issued.
